Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions (Art. 1382 ZGB):

• A penalty will not be charged if you cancel up to 42 days before the arrival date
• For cancellations with less than 42 days' notice, 70% of the price of the room for the agreed period will be charged.
• For cancellations with less than 7 days' notice, 100% of the price of the room for the agreed period will be charged.
• For late arrivals and early departures, 100% of the price of the room for the agreed period will be charged.

Book

A deposit of 30% is to be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer, which in case of cancellation remains entirely with the accommodation. The rest is paid at the accommodation - on site. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by bank transfer.
